He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Etheridge and Lautense Clewis Etheridge; and his brother Daryl Gray Etheridge. He is survived by: his wife Betty Miller Etheridge; his children, Sandy Etheridge of Whiteville, Benjamin Etheridge (Misty) of Supply, Allen Etheridge (Christy) of Whiteville, Jonathan Etheridge (Angela) of Supply, Gary Ribet of Raleigh and Angie Etheridge; and his sisters, Carol, Teresa and Emily. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
A reception was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peacock Funeral Home (1227 S Madison St, Whiteville, NC 28472).
