He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Ward Sellers and John Wesley Sellers, Sr.; and his daughter Janice Sellers. He is survived by: his wife Margie Tyson Sellers of Whiteville; his son Wesley Sellers (Linda) of Whiteville; his stepdaughters, Susan Walser of Longs, SC and Margieo Schmitt (Alfred) of Whiteville; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Fritchman, Camdon Sisler, Alexanda Edwards and Tyler Edwards; and his siblings, Bobby Ray Sellers (Sheila) of Whiteville, Wilton Sellers (Debbie) of Ocean Isle, Louise Meares of Wallace and Gail Bass (Larry) of Virginia.
