He is survived by: his wife Marie Caulk Stevens; his son Kenneth Scott Stevens (Wanda) of Ashboro, NC; his grandchildren, Josh Stevens of Ashboro, NC and Brenda McChesney of California; and his siblings, Barry Stevens (Diane) of Wilmington, NC and Sally Stevens Ward (Jerry).
