It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jamison Lane Buffkin of Whiteville, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jamison Edward Buffkin; his sons, Jamie and Michael Sellers; his son-in-law Steven Teleky, Jr.; and his siblings, Kenny Buffkin, April Gray, Linda Hopkins and Donna Shelly.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue S. Buffkin; his children, Dana Gore (Delond) of Tabor City, Misty Teleky of Tabor City and Harris Kelton Williams of Ocracoke, NC; his siblings, Terry Buffkin of Loris, SC and Mary Oberin of Cameron Park, CA; and his grandchildren, Kayla Miller (Matt), Noah Teleky (Lexie), Megan Sellers (Noble), Amanda Ott (Justin), Christopher Sellers (Ly), Brandon Williams, Olivia Williams, Bell Williams, Mike Sellers Jr. and J. T. Sellers. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
