He is survived by: his mother Sandra Hayes Gore; his brothers, Jeremy Gore (Catherine) and Heath Gore (Teena Chavis); his nieces and nephews, Meghan, Hanna, Tucker and Colton; his great-nephew Cash; his great-niece Charli; and his aunts and uncles, Glenda, Bill, Milton (Crystal), Jerry, Ronald Gene (Rita) and Denise.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society PO Box 6704 Hagerstown MD, 21741.
