He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Cleveland Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Harrelson Oakley; his children, James Clyde Oakley (Clarissa) and Kim Oakley Duncan of Hickory, NC; and his grandchildren, Kaitlin Duncan, Jenna Duncan, Grayson James Oakley and Ryan Garrison Oakley.
