He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson McCrae Hinson and Mary Evelyn Mercer Hinson; and his brothers, Terry Hinson and Tony Hinson. He is survived by: his children, Shane Hinson (Angie) and Tonya Pait (Eric); the mother of his children Janice Hinson; his siblings, Angelia Reaves, Teresa Brown and Sammy Hinson; and his grandchildren, Luke Pait (Kaylee), Zach Pait, Pierce Byerly and Nikki Hinson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Western Prong Baptist Church (167 Peacock Rd, Whiteville, NC 28472). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
