He is survived by: his wife Betty Nealey Smith; his daughters, Kimberly Smith Page (Paul Jr.) of Whiteville and Michelle Smith Norris of Whiteville; his grandchildren, Amber Page Strickland (Anthony) of Tabor City, Joshua Page of Whiteville and Matthew Page of Chadbourn; his great grandchildren, Gracelyn Strickland and Colt Allen Strickland; and his sister Ruth S. Nance of Chadbourn.
