He is survived by: his children, Patricia Hayes Blackmon (Joel) of Whiteville, NC and Christopher Lee Hayes of Whiteville, NC; his sister-in-law Bernice Suggs of Whiteville, NC; his grandchildren, Heather Wagner (Robert), Waylon Hayes (Dawn), Jessie Hayes (Alexia), Justin Hayes (Lindsey), Jarrett Blackmon and Kyle Blackmon; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley Hayes, Brody Wagner, Logan Hayes, Emma Hayes, Rhett Blackmon and Stormy Blackmon.
