He is survived by: his wife Dalma Sellers Collins; his children, Timothy Hal Collins and Wendy Caroline Morgan (Todd) of Southerland; his stepchildren, Cathy B. Ward (Edward) of Whiteville, Rhonda Creech (Robert) of Whiteville and Van Rogers (Amanda) of Whiteville; and his siblings, Bobby Collins of Longs, SC and Carolyn C. Tober of Villages, FL. He is also survived by 4 granddaughters, 9 grandsons and 13 great-grandchildren.
