He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Glenn Evans, Sr. and Mary Wilson Evans; and his sister Julia Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Stocks Evans; and his daughters, Kathy Brown of Bolton, Valorie Nardelli of Delco, Beverly Evans of Wilmington and Kimberly Kelly of Bladenboro. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
