He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Holt and Retha Holt. He is survived by: his wife Martha Todd Holt; his sons, Bill Holt (Jan) of Raleigh, Reggie Holt (Gaye) of Lakeland, FL and Andy Holt (Mary Beth) of Rocky Mount; and his sisters, Mildred Barnes of Charlotte and Katryna Watson of Loris, SC.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
