He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Madison Graham, Sr. and Doretha Rabon Mishoe; his son Scottie Graham; and his daughter-in-law Mary Graham. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Marie Morgan Graham; his children, Rodney Graham of Denton, Emmett Madison Graham III of Myrtle Beach, SC and Sherry Graham of Hallsboro; his sister Lucille Johnson of Aynor, SC; and his grandchildren, Candy, Samantha, Amy, Ashley, Darla, Stormy, Austin, Coltin, Nicholas and Madison. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
