He is survived by: his daughter Windy G. Lewis of Tabor City; his sister Teresa A. Campbell (Charles "Stoney") of Hickory; his stepson Brandon D. Stegall (Samantha) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Macy Jenkins, EJ Jenkins and Tanner Jenkins; and his niece Crystal Cambell of Hickory.
