He is survived by: his children, Catherine McFarland (David) of Atlanta, GA, Mitzie Dodge (Bruce) of Louisville, KY, Christine Margaret Sauls (John) of Whiteville, NC, Edward Hugh O'Rourke, Jr. (Rachel) of Louisville, KY and Timothy Richard O'Rourke (Colleen) of Louisville, KY; and his grandchildren, Ted, Mikayla, Mitchell, Benlyn, Michael, Katie, Hanna, Jacque, Kimmie, Brian, Patrick and Kelly.
