He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Leon Cumbee and Islene Etheridge Cumbee; his brother Larry Cumbee; his brother-in-law William Price; and his grandparents, Jack, Bertie Cumbee, Avery and Kate Etheridge.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Faulk Cumbee; his children, Elisa Cumbee Malpass (Shane) and Eddie Scott Cumbee (Amanda); his grandchildren, Lacey Malpass, Faith Cumbee and Samuel Cumbee; his siblings, Kay Long (Ronnie), Debbie Price, Phillip Cumbee (Velvet) and Jack Cumbee (Lori); and his sister-in-law Christine Cumbee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
