Ward of Whiteville; his grandchildren, Ashley Madison, Justina Corby and Leanne Anderson; his great grandchildren, Skyler Hamilton, Jackson Corby and Jocelyn Corby; and his brother Homer Alton Ward (Nellie C. Ward) of Whiteville.
