We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2020, at the age of 86, Davis Pridgen of Whiteville, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Moore and Barbara Hazel Beard Pridgen; his son Jonathan Alan Pridgen; and his siblings, Douglas Pridgen, Don Pridgen, Cameron Pridgen and Harriet Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Emilie Beier Pridgen; his children, Barbara Ann Pridgen of Whiteville and Daniel Anthony Pridgen of Raleigh; his sisters, Iris Sasser (Eugene) of Whiteville and Mary Ellen Bowen (Bronnie) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Jeremy Clayton Pridgen (Kristie), Christopher Pridgen (Rebecca), Benjamin Pridgen and Candace P. Bracey (Allen); and his great grandchildren, Holland, Emilie, Swift, Jonathan, Lily Grace, Claire and Molly.
