He was predeceased by: his sister Debra Carlyle. He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Williams and Betty Clore Williams; his brothers, Lionel Keith Carlyle Jr. (Hope) and Kirby Carlyle; and his niece Brandi Carlyle.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Peacock Funeral Home's Chapel (1227 S Madison St, Whiteville, NC 28472).
