In the vast expanse of eternity, Christine Jernigan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christine Jernigan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her mother Bertha Sasser Jernigan; her daughter Sharon Heath; and her siblings, Gracie Byrd, Athlene Jernigan and William Jernigan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carolyn Jane Figiel (Bill) of Whiteville, Rosemary Cooke of Orange Park, FL, Joyce Hamm of Hickory, NC and Marshall Jernigan of Whiteville; and her grandchildren, Kyle Heath and Luke Heath.
