He is survived by: his significant other Frances Gore; his daughters, Sandy Duncan (John) of Whiteville and Gina Wilson of Ash; his sister Dula Suggs (Edsel) of Tabor City; his granddaughter Jessie Edwards (Jess-Jess); and his adoptive son Mike Jones (Daphne).
