She was predeceased by: her father Howard Creech; her husband Henry Wayne; her child Christy Wayne; her sister Melanie Creech; and her grandchildren, Hunter Wayne and Chansley Wayne.
She is survived by: her children, Revonda Wayne of Whiteville, Kevin Wayne (Melanie) of Lake Waccamaw and Eric Wayne of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Jessica Wayne Lewis (Matthew) of Hallsboro, Kasey Faulk of Jacksonville, Forrest Wayne (Blair) of Lake Waccamaw and Kirklyn Wayne Scott (Alex) of Lake Waccamaw; and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Sara, Sammie, Max, Andrew, Jase, Gavin, Aidalyn and Ellie.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to White Marsh Baptist Church.
