She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Crowell Arp, Sr. and Gracie R. Reaves; her former husband James O. Moss, Sr.; her son James O. Moss, Jr.; and her grandson William Clayton Alexander Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Debra A. Powell (Paul) of Whiteville, Angela M. Baldwin of Hallsboro and Charles Darwin Moss (Tammy) of Hallsboro. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
