She is survived by: her husband Herman Hayes Jr. of Whiteville, NC.; her children, Patricia Hayes Blackmon (Joel) of Whiteville, NC and Christopher Lee Hayes of Whiteville, NC; her grandchildren, Heather Wagner (Robert), Waylon Hayes (Dawn), Jessie Hayes (Alexia), Justin Hayes (Lindsey), Jarrett Blackmon and Kyle Blackmon (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Kinsley Hayes, Brody Wagner, Logan Hayes, Emma Hayes, Rhett Blackmon and Stormy Blackmon.
