He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas DeWitt Kinlaw and Rosa Leona Powers Kinlaw; his son Randy Mack Patton; and his siblings, Ray Kinlaw, Daniel Kinlaw of Joesph Kinlaw, T. J, Harold Kinlaw and Shirley Stubbs.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Hinson Tedder of Whiteville, NC; his siblings, Willie Kinlaw of Conway, SC, Edward Kinlaw of Chadbourn, NC, Lillie Sealy of Evergreen, NC, Faye Truesdale of Hallsboro, NC and Kaye Jones of Whiteville, NC.; his grandson Randy Mack Miller of Whiteville, NC.; and his extended family, Robert, Kim Andrews, Justin, Amber Andrews, Matthew, Karlie Meggs, Xanthe Andrews, Meredith and Malachi Meggs.
