She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Milling and Etta Freeman Milling Webb; her husband Grafton "Woody" Woodrow Carpenter; her sons, Jim, Wayne, Mike, Jerry and Ronnie Carpenter; her stepfather Leon James Webb; her brother Jesse Milling, Jr.; and her grandson Doug Carpenter.
She is survived by: her brothers, Leon Webb and James Milling. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
