It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Faircloth Sr. of White Oak, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Festus Faircloth and Retta Jean Faircloth (Howell); and his siblings, A. F., Doug Faircloth and Tammy Faircloth.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Dixon Faircloth, Jr. (Tammy) of White Oak, Thomas Michael Faircloth (Jennifer) of Elizabethtown and David James Faircloth (Suzanne) of Elizabethtown; and his sisters, Emma Lou Freeland of Pensacola, FL, Carolyn Sue Brown of Fayetteville, Diane Johnson (Bobby) of Stedman and Donna Byrd of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
