She is survived by: her children, Shelia Zaccarelli (Zack) of Sumter, Herman C. Forbes, Jr. of Sumter, Kat Orth (Randy) of Grandview, MO and Terri Hernandez (Henry) of Fort Worth, TX. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
