With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Coffey Coley Hovis of White Oak, North Carolina, who passed away on December 16, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Glenn Coffey and Rose Lee Parker Coffey; her husbands, Harold Blain Coley and Yates Gorman Hovis; and her sisters, Rachel Sherrill and Ruth Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Dean Coley of Gastonia and Patsy Ann Coley of Gastonia; her sisters, Jean Link of Lincolnton, Nancy Setzer of Lincolnton and Glenda Bumgarner of Lincolnton; her grandsons, Andrew Kelly, Maxwell Coley and Jacob Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Carter Kelly and Adelaide Kelly.
