We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2019, at the age of 82, Joan Smith (White Oak, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Sample and Juanita Payne Hager; her husband Glenn Derriel Smith; and her siblings, Abel Hager, Rachel Kiser and Mae Spicer.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Smith (Shelley), Kevin Smith (Deborah), Brian Smith (Christina) and Susan Smith; and her grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Jonathan Smith, Hannah Smith and Emma Smith.
