She was predeceased by: her parents, Berry Lewis and Myrtice Warwick Lewis; her husbands, Billy H. Sweat and Gooden, Sr.; her son Andrew Sweat; and her siblings, Thay White, Coegill Lewis, Rusty Lewis, Jean Gooden and Glenys Thompson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Martha Bridgers, Edith Stewart of Elizabethtown and Autry Lewis of Raleigh; her sons, Jerry Sweat (Beverly) of Bladenboro, Billy Sweat of Elizabethtown and Neil Gooden (Pam) of White Oak; and her grandchildren, Jeremy, Brennan (Tiffany), Melinda, Andrea, April, Tina, Haley and Lauren. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that all attendees wear a mask to the services.
