She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Shipe and Helen Mae Shipe (Smith); her son Bryan Rinehart of Kennesaw, Georgia; her brothers, Robert "Bobby" Shipe of Elyria, OH and Raymond Edgar Shipe of Cresaptown, MD; and her brother-in-law Earl F. Smith of LaVale, MD..
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Mae Smith (Shipe) of LaVale, MD; her niece Larae Parsons (Ken Parsons) of Indian Trail, SC; her nephew Stephen Michael Shipe of Evans, GA; her daughter-in-law Jennifer; and her granddaughter Alexa of Georgia. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
