He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Beam (Mark) of Fallston, Lisa Bridges (Kevin) of Fallston and Pam Ross (Clark) of Candler; his grandchildren, Seth McCurry of Spokane, WA, Evan Ross (Mackenzie) of Greensboro, Jessica Clewis (Zac) of Shelby, Anna Howard, Bishop of Mt. Holly, Joshua Beam (Katlyn Connor) of Fallston, Daniel Ross of Candler and Elizabeth Bridges of Fallston; his great grandchild Sloane Ross of Greensboro; and his siblings, Carroll Spangler (Barbara) of Shelby, Janice Costner Spangler of Lawndale, Daniel Spangler (Rhoda) of Monroe and Brenda Cook (Randy) of Casar.
