He is survived by: his sons, Keith Daryl Underwood, William Blaine Underwood of Safety Harbor, FL and Timothy Dale Underwood of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Bradley Moody, Kyle Underwood, Collin Underwood, Connor Underwood, Jacob Underwood, Kesley Underwood and Allyson Underwood Key; his brothers, James Underwood (Cub) and George Underwood; and his sister-in-law Judy Tate Mullis. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
