He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark Bell, Sr. and Wilma Jean Creekmore Bell. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Amy Bell of Leland, Jennifer Gatlin of Mt. Olive and Walter Bell, Jr. of Biloxi, MS; his grandchildren, Sophia, Fabian, Jonathan, Riley, Carter, Nyla, Sarah, Jade, Alleigh and Karissa; his brothers, William Clark Bell, Jr. of Edenton and Anthony Wayne Bell Sr. of Whitakers; and his nephew Anthony Wayne Bell Jr. of Whitakers.
