She is survived by: her husband Joe Proctor; her siblings, Robert Kerry Godwin (Rebecca) of Raleigh and Tracy Delance Godwin (Henry Phillips) of Pinetops; her daughter Tina Ann Wells; her stepdaughter Brandy Proctor Scott (Steven) of Tarboro; her grandchildren, Bobby Wells, Shiloh Wells, Kelly Scott Fatyol (Grant) of Raleigh, Madison Claire Scott of Raleigh, Hannah Elizabeth Scott of Tarboro and Felise Wells; and her niece Jamie Gonzales of Tarboro.
