She is survived by: her parents, Billy R. Howell and Mary Ann Howell of Whitakers, NC; and her siblings, Andrew Howell of Goldsboro, NC and Alicia Howell-Helzer (Darren) of Harlem, GA. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
