James Crowell Proctor Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bennette Proctor and Rose Weaver Proctor; and his brother-in-law Leo Edward Karner. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Joe Karner and Elizabeth Anne Proctor; and his nephews, Kevin Joseph Karner (Sarah) and Kyle Christoper Karner. He is also survived by special friends and other family members.
