He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Frazier and Edward "Bo" Frazier of Tarboro; his siblings, Velma Frazier Johnston of Tarboro and Harvey Frazier of Greenville; and his son Eddie Webb of Whitakers.

He is survived by: his wife Eloise Frazier of Whitakers; his children, Cassey Webb of Tarboro, James Webb of Whitakers and Eric (Steven Rackley Webb) of Lucama; and his siblings, Dail Frazier of Washington, Teresa (Greg Rowe) of Chocowinity and Linda Cobb Barefoot of Dunn.
