He is survived by: his mother Patricia Dickens Evans (Joseph); his sons, Kevin Moore (Karen) and Brian Moore; his former wife Maxine Moore; his grandchildren, Jacob Moore (Brittany), Jonas Moore, Jonathan Tanner, Hunter Tanner, Addie Glover and Caleb Glover; his great grandchild Ava Moore; and his siblings, Tom Moore (Lisa), Sherry Gibson (David) and Debbie Foster (Ray). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
