He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Mecadon and Dominick Mecadon; his son David Mecadon; and his siblings, John Mecadon (Kay), Catherine Williams, Elizabeth Sherwood (Robert), Eugene Mecadon and Joseph Mecadon.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mecadon; his sons, Mark Mecadon (Verna) and Brian Mecadon (Karen); his grandchildren, Thomas (Allison), Melissa (Ryan), Kevin, Krista, Matthew, Sarah and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Emily, Ella and David; and his siblings-in-law, John Williams of Bethlehem, PA and Ruth Mecadon of Santa Cruz, CA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
