He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Odell Collins; and his brother Ricky Sherrill Collins. He is survived by: his wife Leah Bailey Collins; his daughters, Monica Collins Hennessy and Ashley Collins Miller (Kenny); his stepson Adam M. Bailey; and his grandchildren, Eleanor, Preston, Addyson, Hailey and Owen. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
