She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Hoffman and Mildred Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hutchinson, Sr.; her sons, Rick Hutchinson (Pam) and Jim Hutchinson; and her grandchildren, Amanda Darlington (Mike), Stephani Smith (Mike) and Aubrey Hutchinson. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
