He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cusano and Anna Brand Cusano; his son Peter Joseph Cusano; and his siblings, Harry Cusano and Marie Miltner.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Cusano of Whispering Pines and Thomas Cusano (Melanie) of Charlotte. He is also survived by three granddaughters.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (160 E Vermont Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Peter Joseph Cusano Foundation, funds may be mailed to 16 Fairway Drive, Whispering Pines, NC 28327.
