He is survived by: his parents, Larry Hintz and Kathleen Hertz Pavelski (Joe); his wife Melissa; his children, Ethan, Dylan and Samantha; and his siblings, Joe Hintz (Jennifer) and Jenelle Feltz (Tyler).
