She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Maness and Flossie Maness; her husband Darrell Matthews; and her siblings, Helen Hussy, Annie Maness, Ed Maness and Sonny Maness.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Matthews (Linda) of Carthage, Wanda M. Ring (Mike) of Carthage, Mark Matthews of Carthage, Belinda M. Riley (Landy) of Whispering Pines and Brent Matthews (Tammy) of High Falls. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
