It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Levi Everett Juett of Whispering Pines, North Carolina, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Towles Juett and James Levi Juett; and his sisters, Deloris Hilton, Patricia Sue Juett Shorter and Faye Wallace.

He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothty Schull and Doris Ortoski; his sons, Joel Matthew and David Clay Juett; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lester, Jessica Smith, James Joshua Juett, Jamie Juett, Lelani Cole, Wesley Juett, Michael Juett and Bethany Robinson; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Levi, Noah, Opal Lester, Asher, Hila, Gabriel, Hannah, Bridger Smith, Jacob, Isaac Juett, Zoey Namkoong, Emma, Maxwell Cole, Everett Juett, Ellis Juett, Iris and Rosie Robinson; and his great great grandchildren, Sherry Lester and Helen Rose Lester.

“In loving memory of James Levi Everett Juett. I am so very sorry for the loss of your father and grandfather. I know how hard it is. Joel and David, may you and your families find peace and comfort. Jim and Norma attended my 1979 wedding in Bailey, Colorado, to Pat Henry. You may remember him. He and your father were good friends. Pat died in 2000 and your parents sent along pictures they had of the three of them. I appreciated their thoughtfulness so very much. God Bless you all.”
