It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Sebastian Sr. of Whispering Pines, North Carolina, born in New York, New York, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sebastian and Elsa Krieg Sebastian; his brother Martin Sebastian; and his son-in-law Dennis Key. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bienemann Sebastian; his children, Debbie Key of Vass, Diane Kelly (Kasey) of Southern Pines and Donny Sebastian, Jr. of Carthage; his sister Gloria Hertel of Florida; and his grandchildren, Daniel Bowman (Amanda), Jordan Kelly (Tara), David Bowman (Deanne), Hunter Kelly (Jade), Summer Kelly, Christiana Kelly and Baylee Sebastian. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
