He is survived by: his mother Carol Campbell Petzoldt; his stepfather Marty Petzoldt; his fiancé Kim Nanda; his partner's children, Monzar, Zinmar Thet and Whispering Pines; his siblings, Chelsy White (Matthew) of Whispering Pines and Joshua Bass (Tiffany Foster) of Wilmington; his niece Karaline White; his nephew Noah White; his aunts, Linda Campbell Mofield and Deborah Bass; and his cousins, Holly and Jordan Mofield.
