He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Campbell Beasley and Annie Lou Shelor Beasley; and his siblings, Jessie Maye Beasley Cole, Pearl Marie Beasley Gordon, Mary Magdelene Beasley, Emma Ruth Beasley, James Emmett Beasley, Harry Lee Beasley and Sam Junior Beasley.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Lene Holt Beasley; his sons, Greg (Patricia Beasley), Tim (Rita Beasley) and Keith (Kelly Beasley); his granddaughters, Jennifer (Robert Billings), Casey (Cory Bowman), Jessica (Johnson York), Kadee Beasley and Maggie Beasley; and his sisters, Thelma Slate and Shirley Hooker. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Mountain Baptist Church (2269 North Carolina Hwy 66 N, Westfield, NC 27053). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
